Shon Tabora, RN is a Registered Nurse and U.S. Army veteran who founded ReplenishRx Concierge after experiencing her own transformative wellness journey. After years of struggling with weight loss and low energy, Shon discovered the life-changing benefits of NAD+ IV therapy and Semaglutide, losing 30 pounds and regaining her confidence and vitality.
That personal breakthrough inspired her to dedicate her career to helping other women achieve similar results. With her clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse and firsthand experience with these therapies, Shon provides compassionate, evidence-based care that meets each client exactly where they are.

Meet our Medical Director
Farrah Tetteh is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She maintains a positive energy and it’s evident through her interaction with each patient. This personalized approach has allowed her to build long lasting relationships and to offer care that is specific and tailor made for each individual. Farrah received her education at Chamberlain University where she graduated summa cum laude, affording her the opportunity to become a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. With over 10-years in healthcare, Farrah’s extensive knowledge and experience makes her the staple advocate for geriatric, mental health, neurology, critical care and home health.
